Sarah Ribner and Jess Edelstein founded PiperWai after becoming frustrated with the lack of effective natural deodorant brands on the market. PiperWai is a gender-neutral natural deodorant that uses activated charcoal to neutralize odor and absorb wetness. The vegan, cruelty free products are also free of aluminum, parabens and synthetic fragrances. Ribner and Edelstein report that numerous breast cancer patients have praised PiperWai for being gentle on their treatment-induced sensitive skin.


Click & Carry

Kim Meckwood was frustrated with the hassle of carrying multiple heavy shopping bags at once. So she created the Click & Carry, a device that clips several bag handles together to hold in a single hand or over the shoulder. Its benefit goes beyond shoppers, to everyone from construction workers carrying heavy buckets or athletes holding lots of equipment. Meckwood, a breast cancer survivor, says that her battle with cancer gave her the determination and faith needed to bring her product to market and share her story.
